Ministry Development Cycle
Ministry’s are at different stages of life-cycle.
1.Transition Between Stages: Ministries often move fluidly between stages. For example, ministries in the Elevator Stage may occasionally revisit elements of the Inventor/Creator Stage to innovate and adapt.
2.Success Evaluation: Continuous evaluation at each stage is essential to ensure that the ministry is meeting its intended goals and aligned with the overall mission of the church.
3.End of Ministry: The Incinerator Stage doesn’t always indicate failure; rather, it can signal the natural completion of a ministry’s lifecycle. This phase should be handled with care, respect, and a forward-looking mindset, transitioning resources or focus toward new or growing ministries.
