Our Vision for Easter

Easter is more than just a holiday—it is a kingdom opportunity to reach people with the life-changing power of the resurrection. This year, we are committed to making Easter an unforgettable moment of impact where lives are transformed, families are restored, and people encounter Jesus in a real and powerful way

Our goal is to double our attendance across all services, engage our congregation in serving, and introduce more people to the love and truth of Christ. To accomplish this, we are focusing on three key worship experiences:

Easter Sunday Services at Destiny Church (3508 Blue Springs Dr.) at 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM

Easter Pop-Up Service at Cross Pointe Church (Alliance Area) on Saturday at 5:00 PM

For our Pop-Up Service to be successful, we need 100 attendees from our church family to commit to attending and fully engaging in worship. This presence will help create an atmosphere where new people can experience how we worship together, making it easier for them to connect and return.

Why Engage in Serving for Easter?

Grow the Kingdom – Every person who encounters Jesus this Easter is a life forever changed.

Reengage the Disengaged – Many people who have drifted away from faith return to church on Easter. We must be ready to receive them.

Obey the Great Commission – Jesus calls us to go and make disciples (Matthew 28:19-20). Serving is part of that calling.

Strengthen Our Church Family – When we serve together, we grow together. Easter is a chance to unite as one body with one mission.

Create a Lasting Impact – First-time guests will decide within seven minutes whether they will return. Our service, hospitality, and worship will shape their experience

The Alliance Pop-Up Service is a strategic outreach opportunity to introduce new people to Destiny Church. We are asking 100 committed members to attend this service and actively participate in worship to set the tone for new attendees. This is a chance to showcase the heart of our church, creating an atmosphere where visitors feel welcomed and eager to return.
