The SSPREDRO Weekly Ministry Report is a leadership reflection and stewardship tool. It is not administrative busywork. Leaders must report specific actions, measurable results, identified gaps, and adjustments so that every ministry advances Destiny Church’s disciple-making mission.

How did you pray, model obedience, use Scripture, and align the ministry spiritually this week?
What evidence demonstrates spiritual tone, biblical alignment, prayerful direction, or Christlike example?
Identify spiritual drift, inconsistency, theological concern, or an area requiring prayerful attention. Permit “None identified” only with explanation.
What will you reinforce, correct, teach, or model next week?

Identify avoided conversations, unresolved concerns, missed contacts, or people needing additional care.
List the specific follow-up actions, responsible person, and timing.

P: Planning
What outcomes, priorities, plans, or timelines were clarified or executed?
What progress occurred toward the stated ministry outcomes?
Identify delays, unclear priorities, missing owners, or misalignment.
State the plan refinement, owner, intended outcome, and completion date.
R: Recruiting and Developing People
Who did you invite, onboard, position, train, or develop this week?
Identify roles filled, capacity gained, leaders raised, or training completed.
Identify open roles, weak coverage, retention concerns, or development gaps.
Describe the responsibility, meeting, decision, observation, feedback, or leadership experience provided.
When “No apprentice currently assigned” is entered, ask instead: “What action are you taking to identify or prepare an apprentice?”
E: Evaluation and Metrics
What outcomes, key results, or KPIs did you review this week?
What worked and what did not work? Support the response with data or observable evidence.
Identify missed targets, unclear metrics, declining performance, or activity that did not produce impact.
What will change because of the evaluation?

D: Directing
What expectations were clarified, responsibilities assigned, decisions made, or interventions completed?
What evidence demonstrates clearer direction and follow-through?
Identify confusion, hesitation, unclear authority, delayed decisions, or missing follow-through.

What wins, challenges, risks, needs, or alignment concerns are you reporting?
What specific facts, documentation, or metrics support the report?
What information remains incomplete, unknown, delayed, or at risk?
What does church leadership need to know, decide, resource, or address next week?

What roles, processes, schedules, workflows, or systems were improved?
What confusion, dependency, delay, or last-minute work was reduced?
Identify bottlenecks, breakdowns, unassigned responsibilities, or unsustainable processes.
What system, structure, role, or workflow change will be made next?

Weak: “Prayed for the ministry.” Strong: “Opened the volunteer meeting with prayer and used Matthew 28:19-20 to refocus the team on disciple-making.” Weak: “Checked on volunteers.” Strong: “Called two volunteers who missed the last two services and met with one team member for encouragement and follow-up.” Weak: “Worked on outreach plans.” Strong: “Clarified the outreach timeline and assigned logistics responsibilities to three leaders.” Weak: “We recruited volunteers.” Strong: “Invited two people to join the welcome team and trained one returning volunteer to oversee check-in.” Weak: “Everything went well.” Strong: “Attendance increased, but second-service childcare coverage remains below the required level.”
Examples include attendance records, event photographs, planning documents, schedules, promotional materials, or other evidence of ministry activity and progress.
